Saying Goodbye...
« on: January 28, 2012, 12:32:41 PM »
...To L4 and hello to L5.

I will being moving on to L5 on Wednesday the 1st of Feb but I want to post a report of my progress so far.

#1 The insomnia issues are improving after having them crop back up a few months ago, things are improving in that area, I sleep much better again, which has the added benefit of reduced daytime drowsiness to the point of almost non-existent.  Of course I still use the aid of the delta sleep CD's, when I sleep at night, and I still have to use the CPAP treatment for the sleep apnea, but I'm sure the BrainEv sessions are helping too.

#2 Lucid dreams are coming back and seem to be more frequent.  When they started up again, within the past month, during this session in L4, I first thought it was another round of insomnia and I was wide awake and not sleeping. I suddenly realized I'm in a dream, but conscious enough to know what’s going on around me.  So I lie there and allow the dream to run its course and then my alarm clock goes off, at 4:00am, and I wake up.  I figure I must be in a conscious theta state during the lucid dream and then rise to alpha when the alarm goes off  I'm sure our good friend Pure Bliss will be able to give a more detailed analysis of that for us.  ;)

#3 Now for the really big change I've noticed over that past week or so.  This is a subject that I almost never talk about because it's basically an uncomfortable subject with me, but I'll open up about here for the purpose of letting everyone know what BrainEv has done so far.  Ever since my childhood days, around 10 years old, yes that's 45 years ago, I developed a nervous facial twitch (nose twitching), as you can imagine as a kid all the taunting and teasing I endured during my youth because of it, kids will be kids and that's the way life is.  I would spend the next 45 years very self-conscious about this habit, and I have spent numerous hours doing self-hypnosis over the years trying to stop this nervous twitch.  I have noticed the twitch has ceased and I'm gaining more self confidence, which allows me to talk in front of people without being so self-conscious about this nervous habit I lived with for most of my life.

I'm certain that with greater self confidence I will move on to bigger and better things the rest of my life.  I cannot wait to see what the final level of BrainEv does for me, and what else continuing brainwave entrainment sessions do for me in the future. :)

HOG Rider,

That is an impressive list of improvements since beginning Brain Ev. I am happy for all of your progress but have a personal opinion that greater  self-confidence is the best of the improvements.

I hope you do well with level 5. I know level 5 was doing some odd things to me. I became more aware of the problems that existed around me. In some ways it was like the problems were cropping up while I was doing the level, but really looking at them showed they had been around for quite a while and I was just noticing them then.

The other thing that was occurring while I did level 5 was becoming more introspective. I was seeing these problems and wanted to expend my energy on what I needed to do to overcome them. This meant I was spending less time at the forum either reading or, especially, writing. I did get a suggestion to go back and listen to L1 or L2 to use some of those benefits, but chose not to, simply pushing my way through L5. I guess that was my wall, as so many refer to hitting a wall with L5.

Anyway, I wish you all the best as you continue your journey.

Blessings
Dreamer

Wow, just look at that.....

Insomnia improving. Lucid dreams rocketing. 45-year itch dissolved.

I think you're an inspiration for people to continue the program to the deeper levels, and just wonder at the progress!

It's so hard to get people just to try it out in the first place. They need inspiration as to some of the ways in which their life can turn around.

You're living proof, and we need people to share these kind of experiences - so thank you!
