Level 2; Two Weeks

Two weeks into level 2, and I've finally got a feel for the entrainment. Level 1 was easy to feel out, but level 2 has been a bit more complex, like going from 10 pound weights to 15 pounds; you can feel the difference, and the adjustment takes just a little longer.

The session is measured by its middle part (I'm going to guess about 15 minutes in). This is where the entrainment takes you into a deep stillness, as though a quietness is being compressed through the skin to the inside of you. How deep you go depends on the first part of the session. If you've managed to keep body and mind relaxed and poised, then the session's last 15 minutes will sink you so deep, it feels like you're staring up from the bottom of a clear pool. Very nice.

I'm really really enjoying the BrainEv program. I've tried so many in the past twenty years or so, and my favorite was the Ultra Meditation program. A splendid five cd set that I used for about four years, because nothing else was comparable.

BrainEv surpasses that old program by far. The depth, the quality, and its overall effect, in session or out, is truly amazing.

And this forum, of course, is an awesome bonus!!

I am still 2 weeks away from level 2 as well....and really appreciate your description as it helps me to be just a little more aware of the dynamics taking place in level 1.  I just love reading posts such as yours Robert as not only does it make us more aware and have a greater understanding, but for those following its similar to that carrot dangling in front of us...giving us a glimpse of what is to come, even though we will all have our own unique experience...it is just exciting
