Level 1, Last Day, (Summary)

This is my last day at level 1.

When I first began to listen to BrainEv, I wasn't really expecting much. I've listened to audio entrainment for more than twenty years, I know what it's all about, and I've experimented with many different programs and their technologies. BrainEv is just another one, I was pretty certain, which is why it took me about two years to make the purchase.

My first session was very pleasant. Relaxing, tranquil; whatever. Not really any different than any other program I had used before. By the end of the first week, however, the nice feel in the sessions began to develop into a stabilizing field that subtlety enriched with each listen.

In week two, I had achieved a beautiful rapport in the sessions, and I began to notice a definite focus in my day to day activities, a centering that seemed to gently enhance my presence in the moment. This continued to build in week three, and on into week four.

So tomorrow I begin level 2, and I'm excited. BrainEv has surprised me with it's effect. This first thirty days have been a wonder, and I'm looking forward to further developments I can sense just on the fringe of my awareness.
