Hello everyone!

Been using the Brain EV system for a while now. Currently in my last week of level 3 and looking forward to starting level 4.

I've tried a few things over the years and found this through the Mindfest. It is definitely the best    .system I've used. When I starteButd I wasn't sure and thought it might only help me establish a more regular meditation routine.  But Brain EV had proved to be really good!

Hi Wookiee,

I agree, BrainEv is one of the best programs I've used as well. I'm currently on level 2, almost two weeks in, and in that total six week time period, I remain impressed by the overall results that BrainEv produces.

I'm really looking forward to the other levels, and especially the much coveted Level 7. But more than anything, I'm just enjoying the process.
