If you are a high-anxiety type, as I am, I think you will get the greatest benefits (I am talking relaxation, de-stress here) in levels 1 and 2. Brain Ev brings other benefits too, which are often subtle, so I strongly advise taking the time to journal your mind-state and how your focus, attention, creativity and memory are doing at different levels of the program. That way, IF YOU ARE CONSISTENT, you will be able to 'self-medicate' after a while, using levels 1 and 2 for calm and better sleep, and upping your sessions on the levels that deliver the other benefits as per your personal log.
If you do decide to use Brain Ev as a personal tool for decreasing anxiety and improving intellectual performance, (as a fellow user) I would request you to share your findings on the forum, so we can all benefit.
At this point in time, again as a Brain Ev user, I see Brain Ev has a kind of shot gun effect, whereby we get peppered with a wide range of brainwave frequencies. We all have very similar brains, so the general response will be similar for all of us. However we all have our own idiosyncracies, so there will be slight differences. The journaling will assist you in determining what levels (e.g. frequencies) help you most to make the most of yourself. This is just my hypothesis.
In the meantime, I wish you a high-performance, anxiety-free time while you are using Brain Ev, and I'd really like to know what levels 1 and 2 do for your anxiety levels. Will you provide consistent feedback. Weekly feedback is a minimum.

P.S. Yashd, I know you are doubtful. You definitely won't need 'luck' to make Brain Ev work. To work the program you need to be a) consistent = one session per day for 6 days off and then a day off, after 4 weeks move to the next level. b) you need to journal. Take a look at the forum. There are about 5 people who consistently post their findings and, see for yourself: THEY GET RESULTS. I am one of them! And now, I have no doubts.
