The Brain Evolution System and The Brain Salon are designed to be used by adults and it is our recommendation that only those over the age of 18 should use it.  If you choose to let your child listen (or yourself in this case), children under the age of 18 should be examined by a physician for epilepsy or illnesses that may contribute to seizures prior to the use of brainwave entrainment, as they are more susceptible to seizures.

In other words, at 15 years old - use at your own risk.
