I am a weekend coffee drinker. I love coffee but I am hyperacidic so I have to limit it.

The aroma of coffee brings me to different places. Everytime I smell it, I am reminded of the days that I used to travel very often; all good memories flash back. A good coffee on saturday and sunday mornings allows me to have that perfect mental vacation.

As much as I love the aroma of Starbucks coffee in the morning, I'm a recent convertee to tea and drink about four cups of organic tea throughout the course of the day.  My day gets started with a wonderful cup of Ginkgo tea.  It sets the stage for a busy active mental day quite nicely.

Coffee still gets me going, but more than ever I am enjoying herbal teas.  I grew up with a grandmother who beieved in the healing quality of herbs and literally grew all kinds in her garden.  Whatever ailed you, she would have a remedy for .
