Tea is a very good thing, especially green tea. It has EGCG which speeds up metabolism resulting in feeling better and healing faster. It has L-theanine, an amino acid which moderates the effects of the caffeine and makes alpha waves more accessible. I also recall that it has a second stimulant in addition to caffeine. After saying all that, though, I'm not actually suggesting anyone should drink the stuff - there are pills you can buy and the pills are not expensive. If you want something decent to drink, get some good coffee, unbleached filters, and some decent reverse osmosis water. Keep the water nice and chilled in your refrigerator, but store the beans in a cabinet in a glass jar.
