LOL) and can agree that pain management is much improved via both, although my pain condition (physical source of pain is in the neuromusculature of my body--not in my head) has not been cured any more than the Lupus was by the person in the video. Indeed, this video backs up my experience and so I concur.
Meditation & BWE (like BrainEv) can reduce chronic pain for some folks and make it more manageable, if not cure it entirely for some. Obviously, it depends on what kind of chronic pain you have, why you have it, severity, etc. Definitely better than pharmaceutical therapies I invested in (much safer to overall health to boot). Note to others who read--check with your doctor first.
