I just arrived in Phoenix this afternoon, where is AZWarrior?  I'll be here through the weekend to run in the AZ Rock & Roll 1/2 Marathon on Sunday.  I'll be staying with family that lives down here and visiting friends from my days of living in The Valley of the Sun. And yes I brought my portable CD player/iPod and BrainEv CD's, I will not skip a session even on the road.

Sorry I am LATE reading this post & others, but I decided to take a month off from the forum.  I apologize for not meeting up with ya during your visit to Phoenix, it would have been cool to get together.  I've been busy with matters around the house/family that demanded my full attention.  Next time you come down, send me a PM a week prior or so in case I take some more time off from the forum again.  I have A LOT of posts to catch up on (all of the community has been busy lately it seems given the number of posts since the end of December--a VERY GOOD thing), so I will read & respond accordingly.   I hope the marathon was fun and challenging.
