I try and take note of anything that changes or anything that I notice during the sessions that I did not  notice and document before, so here goes...

I find that I experience paresthesia / tingling / numbness in my arms starting from the elbow working all the way up my arms when I lie flat on my back on bed (the most comfy position for me) listening to the Level I session.

Also, there is the dryness of mouth that I picked up today immediately after the session.

I am not sure whether this is as a result of the BrainEv session or whether this is something else.

Has anyone else experienced something similar on level I or any other level?
