Hello and some concerns

I am certainly glad this invitation showed up in my email. Perhaps now I will receive some assistance.

My name is Robert Rushing. I recently signed up for the trial of the Brain EV System. Just a few days ago I received an email stating that "we have gone ahead and unlocked all the levels for you and also shipped the entire system to your door." This was fine by me as I fully intended to purchase the program. Well, when I went to the site the levels were not unlocked. I then sent customer service an email. On the website 24/7 customer service is promised. It has now been three days and no one has responded. I am quickly losing faith. Maybe some one will read this post and look into the customer service department. I regret I cannot now commit to a program given these circumstances.

The customer service here is pretty good. They are probably attending to a lot of things as of the moment. I am sure soon they will be able to look into your issue. Hope it will be resolved as soon as possible.

The program is fantastic!   

I would not worry too much about this. I am sure there must have
been some cause for this delay. However, I would post a message
directly to Karl and copy Kathy. Kathy responds quickly. And she
is the one that handles most of this anyway.

Just don't miss out on this program please. You will really like it.
