Hi everyone.

I just started level 2 this morning. And what an experience. Both during and after listening.

First during listening, about five minutes in, all of a sudden I felt as though both hemispheres
of my brain were observing independently. I don't really know how to express the feeling other
than that my normal focus point of reference is ahead of me, kinda like where I focus my eyes.
Even while meditating or drifting off, it has always been that way, a single point of focus from
both sides of my head forward, or above my head or whatever. What happened today though
was wonderful. I felt that I was viewing things more widely and from two different conscious
ports. They went together, but still provided a much wider view of things.

The second experience was after the listening was over. I was kinda drifting not wanting to
get up and over the next half hour or so, had two vivid recollection-interactions with two very
dear people to me, both that have passed away. One was my dad. He died in 1989. The other
was an older friend who died in 2000. Both interactions were very positive. They kinda fade
away now as I write this.

I have a journal that I write in once in a while--the theme of which is "What is trying to reveal
itself?" I will keep it next to where I do the listening so I can capture the events quickly.

But wow!!!

Looking forward to the rest of December with this level.  Especially with two weeks of vacation
coming up.

I have been a couple of weeks plus into level 2 now. I find the bells a little annoying sometimes.

Usually I listen in the morning after I get up I put on the headphones and lie in bed listening.
Most of the time I fall asleep or go deep enough to be surprised by the end of the CD. Initially
the bells didn't bother me so much since I did not notice them after a while.

However, a few nights ago I listened late in the evening before going to bed. I sat up and turned
off the lights and listened. I was downstairs in the living room. I had recollection throughout the
session. Interestingly, when the bells chimed and you heard the shuffling and rustling of leaves,
the image in my mind immediately shifted to a dark night, like the setups of scary movies. Didn't
feel scary, just the images were dark.

As soon as the bells let up and you could hear some wind in the background, the image moved to
a lightly grey sky with a little drizzle. Sometimes it felt like I was sitting at the edge of a cliff
overlooking the sea with the wind in my face and a slight drizzle wetting me down. The sky never
really turned blue, stayed overcast, but light enough.

Towards the end, as soon as the bells started again, Boom!! I was back in the dark night with a
lurking feeling behind me.   Shocked

Strange huh?  Huh

Just my experience. I am sure different than others'.

Can't wait to the next level.

You lucky one !
You don't need to pay money to see "Avatar", a simple pair of headphones, and you have 3D dolby surround at home !...  Wink

It is fine that you get such a deep experience (personnally, didn't get anything strong for the moment), I wish you to get benefits as deep Smiley

Hi Tarek,

I love the imagery you're reporting...do you actually "feel" the sensation of the mist of water from the drizzle?

If so, how amazing is that!

Actually, yes, I could feel the wetness on me and feel the wind too.

But, the dark night and the grey skies did not feel like ominous or sad
at all. When it was dark, it was like I was sitting at home watching
TV with one of my kids when they were young, telling them it is going
to be alright. Not scary like pounding heart and gotta run away at all.
More like, it was dark and wet and that is the rustling I hear when
I walk in a familiar park at night after a rainfall in the fall. Not scary,
no bad, just is.

As for the grey skies, they were actually comforting. For they seemed
to portend of good things to come. Things clearing up, you know.

I was just really commenting on the fact that associations in the brain
are strong and they can transport you in a breath, a heartbeat or the
blink of an eye.

Good thing the synapses are firing well.

Truthfully, I am not in this for the images I get in my mind. I am really
into it for the main benefits of fixing my main discomfort of keeping my
finances on track and getting myself disciplined enough to start my own
business and not need my job.

Started level II yesterday. It was interesting. The gong sounds sent vibrations down my spine and some soothing feeling all over the body. Although I don't remember listening to the whole session, probably dozed off. I listened before bedtime. Little bit heaviness in my head this morning. Let's see how this level goes.

@Tarek.. Thank You.

I would like to get maximum out of each level. I will focus on level II first before getting excited about the next level.  Smiley
