I've graduated!
« on: December 14, 2009, 02:30:36 PM »
I've done it  :D
The 6 levels and the one week review.

It's been quite a journey. I had a lot of ups and downs...

During level 5 I was feeling on top of the world, happy and energetic as never before. Level 6 has been more challenging. Since I came back from my holidays, I've been feeling rather low. Well, post holidays blues is nothing new but it was much more difficult than anything I had known before. Even listening to BrainEv was a challenge!

Now I am feeling ok again but not as good as I was feeling during level 5. But the good news is instead of whining about it and feeling sorry for myself-as I would I've done before BrainEV-I am being proactive about it and decided that I was going to move in the South of France  :D

Anyway, I think for me the benefits of BrainEv have been:

+ more confidence
+ better clarity about what I want to do with my life-and about what is blocking me from doing it.
+ I no longer procastinate
+ I feel generally happier
+ I feel more energetic-although I still need 6 or 7 hours of sleep
+ I feel more relaxed

That's all I can think of for now. These have all happened gradually and I can't say that all of  my issues have been resolved, but all in all, it was a very positive experience and I think this is only the beginning  :D

Now I am thinking to take a break from any kind of brainwave entrainment for at least 2 months ( how am I to fall asleep without BrainEv  :D). I will try some hypnosis/subliminal MP3. And then I think I will resit the whole program again. Unless Karlos send us level 7 for Christmas, of course  ;)

I will keep you posted  :)

Thanks  :)

@utk111, I am not exactly sad about it but I haven't really seen an improvement compared to before BEv. Although I do tend to sleep much better which is great  :) I was aiming for 5 hours of sleep since I never have enough hours during the day  :D

@Kathy, yes I AM moving to the south of France! New year, new me, new start! I'll let you know how things go.

Hi Veronique!

I'm so happy for you!

Have you made the move yet?

Let us know about where you are...I've been feeling this odd sense of wanderlust myself lately...kind of feeling like just walking away from everything, leaving behind all of the things that now seem so unimportant.

It's weird...I've come to the point in my life that the skills I possess can be used anywhere, in any arena...I could literally walk out of my home and get in the car and leave, never to return and for once, feel that I would be alright and able to survive.

Has that happened for any of the rest of you?

Kathy  :)

Hi Kathy!

I am back to France now. Spending some time with my family before going south  :D
I do feel like I could survive anywhere too!
I am very excited about starting a new life. I'll keep you posted  :)
