Hi idiego,

I'm very familiar with the programs from Brainwave-Sync; I have a few myself, and I would say yes, I do believe that you can use both. While doing the BrainEv program, I also listen to other entrainment audio from different companies, mainly mp3s from the Ennora website, which are intense brainwave entrainment programs, more so than Brainwave-Sync, and I have no problems striking a balance between those programs and BrainEv.

I would say it just depends on how you feel.

I believe that I saw it in the manual that it is highly recommended that you NOT use any other meditative/brainwave program while using BrainEV. You can, however, listen to this type of music or sounds WITHOUT using a ste of headphones. The reason behind this is, however, because as the BrainEv program works within your system, it is best not to interfer with the positive changes; you will know which program is doing the 'work' for you as you progress through the program.
Hope this helps.

Blessed Be!

Lavender has the point here - if you are using multiple programs, how will you know if they are working or if not, which one is the problem?

You also run the risk of over-entraining.  Compare building your mental muscle to building physical muscle at the gym. Imagine you try to do "everything" in one day, and spend 15 hours non-stop on arm weights - you'll likely end up exhausted, and without any significant results to show for it. But spend 30 minutes a day for the whole month, and you'll probably see substantial results. Little and often WORKS.

In addition, our research shows that listening too much can desensitize you to brainwave entrainment stimuli - in the same way that people living near noisy environments (such as next to train tracks or airports) adjust to no longer "hearing" the constant bombardment of loud noises.

Over-entrainment can cause sleepiness during entrainment sessions or problems reaching your full potential during sessions.  It is best to use products separately to allow the brain time to work and the entrainment to do the best job.

Tiffany,

Thank you for your professional input. I know I am pretty new to this and I am sometimes concerned as to whether or not I am making any sense! (LOL) But you just spoke perfectly on my behalf and that feels real good!

Have a wonderful day.

Blessed Be!

In general, you can user other shorter-term brainwave entrainment programs with BrainEv.

Longer, progressive brainwave entrainment programs however -- such as Holosync -- shouldn't be used at the same time.
