Hi

I'm in a bit of a dilema and am not sure which way to go.

I started my Brain Evolution journey many months ago and completed it up to Level 5. I was enjoying the benefits and feeling very relaxed and calm about life and taking everything in my stride.

And then...

We had a bereavement in the family which completely shocked me and triggered my depression. I stopped doing everything and hid under the duvet for a while and never completed the last level (6).

I know I should have carried on but I didnt...

My current situation is that I have been on anti-depressants for about 2 months now and am feeling more positive again and ready to start doing things again.

I have ordered level 7 today and ready to start my brain evolution journey again.

My dilema now is should I start from Level 1 all over again, or should I jump straight into Level 7.

Any advice or thoughts would be really appreciated.

Hi Sandy,

What about level 6? You say you've done 1 through 5, and then life circumstance interrupted, and now you're ready to start up again. If you haven't done level 6, then why even consider level 7, from which I understand by reading posts on this forum is a very intensified level that you really need to be prepared for.

I would say, do level 6, then start all over again, doing levels 1 through 6, take a break for a week, and then begin level 7.

I've said this before: I don't believe BrainEv is a program you start just to go through and finish. It's a journey; a process, so take all the time you need with it.

I agree with Robert. You need to finish level 6 before using level 7. If you do not want to completely start over, ie doing the full six months, at least do a level a week back through 5 and then do level 6 in full before going into level 7.

Personally, for me I was coming from such a broken place and the effects have been so noticeable that I intend to go through the entire 6 month program again before I even consider level 7.

ok, thx for your replies.

I'm going to go through each level (1 - 5) for a day each, then I'll do level 6 for a month. Then I will start all over again (levels 1 - 6).

Then I'll start level 7.

I'm in no rush and want to take my time with this.

I know that am already feeling the benefits especially as I have been able to bounce back after a depressive period very quickly.

Previously, it would take me months to recover. So, I know that cd's work.
