To be honest, my personal philosophy is one of openness. I definitely prefer things to be completely stripped bare, so that everyone can make fully informed decisions. That way you get well-matched customers!

That's one reason why BrainEv doesn't really get many complaints. (Okay, sometimes shipping screws up - but rarely!) And that's also the reason why we're very open with regard to refunds: if it doesn't match, it doesn't match. We're not going to argue to keep the pennies
