Thanks for the review...looks like I need to order Brain Salon and check it out. Currently I use another BWE CD that has Gamma entrainment, talk about feeling like being on an acid trip, not that I know anything about acid trips, only what experienced users have told me, but the experience of Gamma entrainment sessions is out of this world. So I tried a Gamma session today before going to the gym and I tell you I tore up the elliptical I was using. Heart rate was near 100%, the sweat was pouring off me and creating puddles on the floor during my 30 minute session and I felt great after that workout.
