Brain Salon on my BrainEv Off Day?

Hi,

I have a question concerning the simultaneous use of BrainEv/Brain Salon:

 I know that I can use Brain Salon together with BrainEv. But what about my BrainEv off day? Is it better to skip on this day any kind of Entrainment sessions or is there no problem with listening to a Brain Salon session here?

What do you recommend?

There shouldn't be an issue with you using Brain Salon on your BrainEv off day.

Just to clarify - you CAN use Brain Salon and BrainEv together :)

You can use them on the same day, for sure -- there's no conflict between the two.

BrainEv is a long-term brainwave entrainment program, Brain Salon is short-term. The two don't clash.
